"Baked Pineapple Crumble" The Ingredients:- 2 cups grated mild ceder
- 2 20oz cans of pineapple chunks drained (in it's own juice is healthiest and tastes great if you can find)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup flower
- 1 Box Ritz crackers
Other needs: You will want if possible a Glass Baking Pan (A casserole dish) about 6inces to 8inches what ever you is easier. The larger is better though. And a Med to Large Mixing bowl. The Process: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Drain the pineapple juice from the chunks, if in it's own juice you can use that for the cup you will need if it is enough. 3. Combine the above ingredients and mix well. 4. Wipe down pan with a little butter or spar butter. Pour that into the Glass pan 5. Pour the contents from the mixing bowl into the Glass Pan. 6. Take about 25-30 Ritz crackers, put them in a bag and smash. 7. Sprinkle the ritz crackers over the the dish. 8. Bake 20-30 minuets
